I don’t think it can be dismissed so readily. With the other teams falling by the wayside of key components to an offer (Clippers saying “no Jordan/Bledsloe/Gordon”, GSW doing the same with Curry), Gasol-for might be the best offer left available.
That said, I think I prefer Howard/Gasol/Bryant to Howard/Bryant/Paul – less overlapping of skills.
The first peice of that lakers big 3 is now in place! Bosh/lebron/wade v kobe/cp3/howard final??
