Horrible mock draft. Teams don't sell mid-first draft picks for a high-second and cash consideration. It wouldn't make it any easier to resign Salmons for the Bucks as he would still have the same cap-hold and a #15 pick would have a first year salary of only approx. $1.3m. The Bucks have the money to re-sign Salmons, because they are getting 80% of Redd's contract back in insurance at the moment, plus they have extra revenue from the playoffs. If anything, the Bucks may try and ship a bad contract (i.e. Bell) and #15 to move down in the draft, but they would never sell the pick. I can't recall a team every selling a lottery pick one spot out of the lottery, more so in a very deep draft. This is not the same as PHX selling the very late first to Boston, which became Rondo.
