For anyone not aware of the competition we’re running to win a Dwight Howard Defensive Player of the Year t-shirt, check the original post last week. Since Dwight was suspended in Game 6, we have postponed the competition to Game 2 of the second round series against Boston. I know I initially said Game 1, but I wanted to give a little extra time for people to resubmit their predictions and for new people to participate.

To the people who have already submitted - you will need to resend your predictions, if not for Dwight’s numbers, then at least for the winning team and margin.

To the newcomers who may want to join the competition, it’s really easy. Just read the instructions in the original post, and send your predictions for Dwight’s points/rebounds/blocks and the winning team and margin to prizes@nbamate.

The new deadline is 4pm Eastern on Wednesday 6th May, the day of Game 2 (for Australians that will be 6am East Coast time on Thursday 7th May). Winners will be announced the following day.

Good luck, and here’s hoping Dwight doesn’t go throwing any elbows this time.
