I love this. You said a lot of stuff that I argue with people about all the time. The man is an artist. The way he plays basketball may be one of the
Most beautiful thing in the world. Your right if u know how to play basketball u realize that the things he does is simply impossible or the most difficult thing in the world to try and do for everyone except for Kobe Bryant himself. He is the beat shooting in the history of the NBA. There isn't a shot that he couldn't make or a move he can do or a defense he can't break down or counter with another move. His arsenal of moves are god give. And ppl critics him playing the raptors. Regardless of the fact he was playing and NBA team with stars on it. Chris bosh jalen rose mike James were all pretty elite players at the time but no matter what he does it's never good enough to put him were he deserves. Those shots he were making had nothing to do with the lack of defense. He makes the same shots on lebron or dwade or who ever checks him. They were just unthinkable unmakable impossible shots and he made then. And in the mavs 62 the shots he were hitting over dirk and the rest of the team c'mon that was crazy. This guy has so much precision it's crazy. Ppl think mikes better because he has a better shooting% but those were all dunks for the most part. They don't understand how hard it is to shoot 45% jump shooting from 17 feet vs Jordan 4 feet around the basket. Agree he learned from Jordan but that's how it goes. Protagè surpasses his predecessor. But the Portland game is to me his best shoot performance ever. To many unforgettable shots. The one off the screen coming from corner. The half court steal get fouled and 1 and made it. And the beat shot in the history of the NBA the turn around 3pt over Brandon Roy and that other guy lol. I'm a huge Kobe fan like to consider my self his biggest fan and I like a lot of points you made in this. Would like to continue Reading what you right. Nice to find another person that feels this way about to games true master. I'm just into sports no everything about the NBA since 1960 haha email me mrj049@culver.edu. Have slot of good points to share

Kobe came off the bench as a 19 year old teenager and put 33 points on Jordan in just 29 minutes of play...I don't think Jordan is the mentor when a 19 year old kid can come off the bench and stick 33 points in your grill...Kobe wasn't the mentor...JORDAN GOT MENTORED
